I didn't return the product...we made it work...but all the odds were stacked against us! The shelf came banged up a bit at corners and edges...good thing we weren't going for a PERFECT look... Then...the sets of bolts under the THREE brackets on the shelves used to secure the shelf to the bracket (YES - 3, not 2 as shown in the picture) are set apart at distances that make no sense for a residential home. AND they are not symmetric with each other left to right...the left set of bolts are not the same distance from the center bolts as the right set of bolts... We do love the look so much, we kept the shelves and made due with trying to secure them ourselves...night. mare.
