Arrived defective. Towel rack pipes would only screw on in opposite directions so it couldn't be mounted to the wall. I think the one I received was returned before and screw that goes into pipes was stripped and wouldn't come out. Also pipes were scratched and paint was flaking off and exposing silver. Got a pic of paint but didn't get a pic of screwing on in opposite directions before I packed it back up to return
